Yes, Revit has these too, but they are easier to work with. I didn't care for ArchiCAD with the reliance on layers then layer styles, then view styles, then visibility styles. (unless they changed it since the last time I worked with it).
Now I know ArchiCAD has this capability too, but users are assigned specific areas of the model to work on instead of having a whole floor to work on one thing. Revit leads the way as you can have multiple people working within the same model and usually in the same view as long as they are working with different categories.
